After some research we identified the chance to capture the attention of the community and maintain it by both regular tasks to be performed in-app such as Purchasing tickets and checking previous match results, but also allowing for much more. To help with the virality and gamification we added Team Profile pages that provide the basic information, player pictures and most important a video game inspired attribute page as seen on the reference pictures. We also integrated features to allow for Food & Drink Pre-order so fans can skip the queue while at the events, Club news that are filtered through a 'Tinder' like system in such a way that users have to pick the news they like and don't. Included in the app are also the principles of sponsorship, both for the club and players. Available is also an Experience purchasing system allowing fans to become a part of the team with such experiences as bringing the ball onto the court at the beginning of the game, spending time with your favourite player and many more. In order to succeed with integrating with the community, we spent a lot of time planning and designing a ticket share system that pushes users to purchase and then send off the ticket to their friends and family. This in theory will allow for a virality factor where more people download the app to receive their local football club experience. As well as building an in-app chat allowing users to join a live chat where all ticket purchases are allowed to communicate in to discuss strategies, which players they support or simply for the local 'banter'.
